Shipping policy

  • Non Custom Order: Please allow up to 7 business day to ship.

  • Custom Orders:  Orders may take up  2- 4weeks to ship for my distribution centers are located worldwide.  
  •  If you order non custom and custom together, you will receive items together once custom order is completed.
  • All orders are shipped through USPS 
  • We ARE NOT responsible for DAMAGED or STOLEN items after leaving USPS . If your tracking number states that your package was delivered .
  • You must personally call the United Postal Service at 1(800)275-8777 it also musted be reported as a claim.
